What we're looking for
- Passion for solar installation
- Consturction releated experience
- Work under various outdoor conditions in Fresno CA
- Ability to transport materials to complete job assignments
- Ability to handle up to 60 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate with team
What you'll be doing
- Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
- Assembly of mounting hardware
- Attic work in homes and businesses
- Working on residential roof top
- Working on commerical installs (including roof + ground mount)
- Pulling inventory for specific projects
- Following layout of solar modules
- Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, methodology and safety
- Handle Job SiteCleaning
