The Construction Project Manager helps organize each of our installs after sales to completion.
Qualifications
- Manage install projects from building permit through scheduling final permit signoff
- Manage construction schedule to maximize team installation
- Communication between installation teams and office stakeholders
- Work with Salesforce and other project management tools
- Coordinate and schedule other contractors as needed
Customer Communication
- Provide exceptional customer service at all required customer interaction touchpoint
- Coordinate customer payments with accounting team
- Participate with customer feedback with installation and sales team
- Assist with permitting
- Documentation Process
Travel Requirements
- Ability to perform office duties
- Ability to travel to city jurisdictions
- Ability to travel to installation site for permit inspections/setup
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of previous project management (field construction experience preferred)
- Customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented and excellent organization skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in field and office enviroments
- Prioritize and multitasking simultaneous tasks
